Rules
To keep hlms.app safe, fair, and respectful for everyone, all users must follow the rules below. Violations may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Acceptable Use
hlms.app is intended for gaining insight into public Instagram engagement patterns. You may use analysis results to understand interactions, improve content strategy, and track engagement trends. Any use that falls outside legitimate personal or business analysis is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Content & Behavior
- Using analysis results to harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any individual.
- Distributing, selling, or publicly sharing analysis data about other users without their explicit consent.
- Using the service for commercial surveillance, competitive espionage, or data resale.
- Uploading, transmitting, or linking to malicious content through any part of the service.
3. Harassment Policy
We have zero tolerance for harassment. If analysis results are used to target, bully, or harm another person — directly or indirectly — the offending account will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant authorities if required by law.
4. Automation & Scraping
Automated access to hlms.app is strictly prohibited. You may not use bots, scrapers, browser extensions, or any automated tools to interact with the service, extract data, or bypass rate limits. All access must originate from a human user through our official interfaces.
5. Account Responsibilities
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or credit restrictions is not allowed.
- Accurate information. You must provide truthful information when creating your account. Impersonation of other individuals or organizations is prohibited.
- Account security. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and do not share account access.
6. Respect for Privacy
While hlms.app processes publicly available Instagram data, we expect users to respect the privacy of others. Do not use our service to gather information about individuals who have not consented to such analysis. Do not share analysis results publicly without the consent of the people involved.
7. Enforcement & Appeals
We reserve the right to investigate potential violations and take action at our discretion, including warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent account termination. If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at support@hlms.app. Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days.
These rules may be updated periodically. Continued use of hlms.app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
