Most analyses complete within a few minutes, depending on the account size and the number of posts analyzed. - Is my data stored?
Analysis results are stored securely in your account. We never store Instagram credentials or access private account data. See our Privacy Policy for details. - Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable. If an analysis fails due to a system error, credits are automatically returned to your account. - How do I delete my account?
