Terms of Service

By using hlms.app, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use hlms.app.

1. Service Description

hlms.app provides AI-powered Instagram interaction analysis based on publicly available data. The service scores and ranks accounts that interact with any public profile. The results are indicative and should not be treated as definitive conclusions about user behavior or intent.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use hlms.app. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@hlms.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use hlms.app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Rules. You may not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure; or access the service through automated means.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of hlms.app — including the design, algorithms, text, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of hlms.app and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. Payments & Refunds

hlms.app operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when analyses are performed. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If an analysis fails due to a verified system error, the consumed credits will be automatically returned to your account. Pricing is displayed before each purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hlms.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or our rules. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination are forfeited unless the termination was due to our error. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hlms.app operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Continued use of hlms.app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
